2001 BMW 330ci Convertible, Blue on Tan leather, 5-speed, Sport Package, 99k miles - new price $11,900

Very nice 2001 BMW 330cic (330ci) 2-door 4-seat convertible with 99k miles. Orient Blue metallic on Sand leather, 5-speed with Sport Package, 3.0 liter inline 6-cylinder 225HP engine. Runs, looks, and drives great -- excellent handling, fun to drive! Lovingly maintained with new control arms, new brake pads and rotors, all fluids, and much more (below). Adult BMW enthusiast owned, always garaged, regularly waxed and all synthetic fluids used. Includes an integrated iPod adapter, and prewired for a Valentine One radar detector. If you can find a nicer one at this price, buy it!

Exterior is in very good condition with a few small blemishes in the paint and on the rear bumper, and the usual small rock chips on the front bumper and leading edge of the hood. No dents or door dings. Top has no tears or rips and operates perfectly. Interior is also very good with just some wear on the driver's side bolster. A few minor marks/tears on the driver's door panel and the rear left interior trim. Some wear on interior soft-touch plastic surfaces (common E46 issue). One window switch has a broken tab -- still works but has to be pressed carefully.

Full power soft top, 12 way power sport seats, Premium package with wood interior accents, ///M shift knob, traction control, Power door locks-windows-mirror, fog lights, keyless entry, rollover protection, adjustable steering wheel (tilt + telescope), side airbags, power steering, cruise control, ABS, and probably the best recent invention in recent years --- rain sensing wipers. Love these.

The car is stock except for Toyo Proxes T1-S tires 225/45/17 F 245/40/17 R tires on 17x8.5 ROH deep-dish polished aluminum wheels w/ dark grey centers, a custom cone air intake, and a DICE ipod control unit (works great!). Useless cupholders have been replaced with the euro sliding-door console where the iPod lives. The car also has a custom clutch stop similar the UUC (once you try shortened clutch action you will love it).

Work performed in the last 6k miles -- New OEM front control Arms and bushings. New Brembo/balo OEM brake rotors and Axxis Ultimate pads front and rear. Vanos unit rebuilt with Beisan kit (best out there), new valve cover gasket. New battery, power steering fluid flush. New drive and A/C belts. Coolant flushed with BMW (blue) coolant and DI H20. Coolant expansion tank, thermostat, t-stat housing, and water pump replaced (preventative). Recent performance alignment. New fuel filter, new microfilter, differential oil (Redline), transmission fluid (Redline), Brakes and clutch bled w/ ATE fluid. Intake side camshaft position sensor. Needs nothing.

WBABS53421EV85499. Clean Carfax. Title in hand and in my name. 2 keys, bottles of top cleaner and conditioner, and original owner's manual included. In Cary, NC near Highway 55 & High House Road. I have a lift and can guide you through a pre-purchase inspection, or I would be happy for anyone else to look at it. Selling just to try something new.
