THSCC will be back at the Old Sanford Airport for "The Big Easy", 2005
Points Autocross #7. The course will be Big, and it will be Easy. Easy to
find, but not to master. We're planning a few special fun fundraising
events at this event to "celebrate" New Orleans and to benefit the victims
of Hurricane Katrina!

"One thing you should remember to do before coming to New Orleans: forget
everything you know. Or at least most of it. Forget the tips and bits of advice that helped mold you into a responsible and productive member of society. Forget how to behave in public. Forget about not putting things off till tomorrow. Forget restraint and modesty. Forget your sense of direction. And your sense of time. This is New Orleans - those things don't apply here." |

EVENT INFO
Event Chairs Mike Whitney and Rob Harvey along with event GM Jason Mauldin will be your hosts. We will be using a slightly different pits/grid/start layout to try to create a spectator-friendly event, and a remote finish. You WILL get a sticky note at the finish with your time on it if we have to pay someone to do it out of our own pockets. Yes, results are important to us!

- This means no fast driving anywhere but the autocross course itself.
- Pick up your trash AND the trash of others.
RUN GROUPS
- Group 1 is Stock, TIR, and X -- including NOV and LAD entries in those
classes.
- Group 1 should grid cars BEFORE the driver's meeting.
- Remember to grid in lane A if you are working Heat 2.
